  • does'nt it suck

i train pretty hard, i can go on for hours and i usually end the exercise with plenty of energy, but am sore as **** in about 4-5 days(since i train everyday), take one day off when i train again the next day it's like i have no stamina, it kills me, get headaches and just no energy, can barely do an hour, but i manage anyway

    that happen to anyone?

This probably is overtraining, dont train for hours, an amateur boxing match is short fast and intense, you dont need to be at the gym longer than 1.5 hrs in my opinion. Try training only 3 or 4 times a week and see what happens.
The other thing is your nutrition, make sure you are getting enough carbs, protein and fat in your diet. what do you eat?
Rest and recovery is just as important part of training as actual exercise.

If your taking only one day off, and the next time you are fatigued and everything else, it does sound like you may be pushing your body to hard. I would take a few days off, take in some good food, and then start working out again after a few days rest.

We can only push our bodys so far, and we do need rest and recovery time.

make sure you do as much stretching as you can before and after training. i train for an hour and a half and stretch off and train for another hour at home and im never sore after.

it's just the first day after the rest tho, the next day i feel alright, next couple of days i feel great till i have to take the break again, and so the process repeats itself, as for nutrition, i just have loads of milk, some cold chicken slices and bread(with cheese) just about everyday and after training it's a whole lotta milk(cereal, yogourts, sandwich with a cup of milk), literally can't stop eating, well not enough till i get sick or nothin, just a satisfying amount, never seem to get full after training tho

So you are training 6 days a week? That is to much to be training, specially as an amature. When I am training just to keep inshape and stay sharp, I train 3 days a week. Usually Monday, Wednesday, and a Friday or a weekend, running 3 days a week on my off days.

So if you are training 6 days, that is over kill. Slow down.

              You are over training.

Training 6 days a week is fine but you cannot go all out every day. You have to go light 3 times a week, run and do weights and make sure you do stretching on those weights days.

I go all out for 2 hours 2 nights a week on MMA,
3 times a week boxing which is not as tiring and i do weights 2 x after my boxing sessions. So a total of 5 times a week training with a day rest after each MMA night.
