    It all has to do with eating, if you eat without lifting weight you will gain fat, if you eat and lift weight the proteins you eat will become muscle, al the fats you eat will still remain fat even if you lift weight so when you are bulking try to avoid fat.
    Dude muscle weighs more than fat. So if you gain muscle by lifting weights that means you are going to gain weight. The only way you are not going to gain weight w/ weight lifting is by doing some kind of cardio w/ the weight lifting.

      if you lift weight without eating more kcal then u use u are not gonna gain anything. does extra muscle weight has to come from somewhere.
