    sleep

    This sleep pattern is really bugging me now keep waking up in the night. It has recently just started and is giving me the ****s. I know i dont have insomnia cuz im only 16 and i go back to sleep. I get so tired during the days now cuz of this. My dad said it maybe hormones where my body is changing and im getting older, if thats the case is this how im going to sleep from now on or is it just a bad stage of my sleep cycle and will it go back to normal. Thanks fellaz

      Dude sleep is very important for the body, and especially if ya doin sports.The best option is maybe go and see a doctor or just see how the next few weeks go!

        Have a cup of hot milk and do extra training when you wake up! if you go running in morning then your sleep pattern should be regular Maybe it is because you are young and have alot of energy. i had a problems when my sleep was irregular but I did not gte th ****s in middle of night. the key is to use it all up in the boxing club! Extra energy is good for you.
