    What's right for me?

I'm 13, coming 14, and look to restart boxing from when I was 10...

I began to train at the local boxing club, 2 weeks later was diagnosed with an erupted appendix, followed up; wound never healed until 2 months ago.

I want to become good at boxing, and have yet to figure some sort of a Training and Nutrition programme which would not stunt my growth or damage my muscles etc...

I would love for someone experienced to recommend something, please.

I recommend you find a good boxing trainer. Joe Frazier's book Box Like the Pros will give you some guidelines.
