  • where is my poop?

    I been training for 5 months now. First month I gained 5 lbs I was 165lbs.
    Then I went back to 160 but I am getting leaner and harder. I train 5 days a week 3 hours a day.

    I eat breakfast
    then lunch
    they are both usually light like a bagels or eggs.

    I then eat fruits before training and after training I get the munchies
    and eat a **** load of food. Like chicken and rice and other protien rich foods.
    I finish off with protien shake.

    I fart alot and it smells like rotten eggs. But when I **** nothing comes out maybe like a drop of poop.

    I drink 3 litres of water a day.
    and sleep 10-12 hours a day.
    DOn''t drink or smoke.
    In fact it's the healthiest I've ever been in mywhole life.

    I don't understand why I don't poop much plz help me.

    but seriosuly umm try higher fibre foods, also first thing when ya get up in the morning drink a big luke warm glass of water with a sqeeze or two of lemon

      no bagels, no white bread, lots of vegies, brown rice, oats and muslie. keep up the eggs and meat. that's my prescrption. try it for 10 days and see what happens

        Try cutting the amount of protein shakes and see what happens, I bet your farts stop anyway.
