    any vegetarians out there? How do you keep your protein demands met? Also, how do you cut fat? It seems like it's pretty hard to do if you're eating that many carbs and so little protein.

    i am not a vegan however; you should be using a good isolate protein powder after workouts also, there are a lot of different carbohydrates that when you eat them with other carbs they turn into complete proteins.....for example when you eat kidney beans and brown rice they turn into complete proteins when you begin to digest them.....


    If you eat dairy you will have a lot of choices.....

      Being a vegetarian is just too gay for boxing. Eat the grass and get knocked the **** out! it's a carnivores sport. I don't think any vegetarians have made it. the fatc that they have to consume fake protien and they all have nutritionally related health problems shows man was made to eat lamb biryani, tandoori chicken and masala fish. Yum yum!
