idk, try sleeping somewhere different. my roommate always ****s with ac when he comes in so i wake up in the middle of the night, sweating balls, stuck to my sheet, but that probably won't help you much.

I am the person to talk to about sleep, but I won't go into that now.

You need to determine what is waking you up, so here are some ideas.

      Noise - get ear plugs
      Light - cover your eyes
Diet - high carbs, sugars, fats, foods you are intolerant to and junk foods will wake you up at night
Stress/anxiety - Learn relaxation and coping techniques or talk to someone about improving this

Going to and getting up from bed at the same times, 7 days a week is good too. If you do this you will work out how much sleep you really need, and you'll soon learn if you are working your body harder than usual because you'll suddenly need more sleep.

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks mate. There isn't anything waking me up usually, i just wake up and then go drain the lizard go back to bed wake up usually 2 more times for no reason but i go straight back to sleep. I don't feel refreshed in the morning and sometimes have to skip my runs.

Don't drink as much before bed.

This might be risky.. but I find a couple beers can really help, if you wait until after you pee though.

Maybe you're getting to much sleep.
