    Staying fit without losing weight

Can it be done? May sound a bit of a large question but any tips at all are helpful thanks. I know i could eat alot of carbs before going jogging but if i eat too much i don't feel like running!!! Sounds like a ***** thing to say but its true lol

What? Are you over weight?? You need to clarify things a bit.

Well obviously if you find that all the exercise is making you lose more weight than you want you need to eat more!

What do you usually eat? try snacking frequently throughout the day, drink lots of milk, fast acting protein shake ASAP after workout or blended concoction with egg whites, banana, peanut butter, oats/cornflakes whatever. If you record what you eat you will eventually get a good idea of how much you need to eat to be at the weight you want.

I am trying to clean bulk a few kgs but it actually has been difficult without resorting to junk food. I am just slowly upping the calories and cut down on the cardio so I dont burn too much calories. But eating is the key.

Try a pro gain or mass or something on top of your diet.
