LOL, there's so much ignorance on this forum...

And fair enough about you listening to what your trainer tells you, just know that boxing is a sport where a lot of trainers are still living in the dark ages in terms of training techniques. (No offence to your trainer).

You can get big without steroids, its not like they are some magical pill which make you huge instantly. The just allow your body to repair muscle much quicker in effect allowing you to train harder, which without it would not be possible.

i'm ignorant? no, you're probably just delusional and i am messing with your ideology. you are not going to get big without steroids. point blank. period. no matter how much you work out. you can increase your size if you do a proper bulk, but there is a natural limit. have you ever seen a natural bodybuilding competition? they aren't that big, and they have been working out for YEARS. so next time you feel the need to **** on my advice, well, uh, know what you are talking about.

add to the fact that he is doing tons of cardio a week, and the conditions for hypertrophy are not there.

First i got sore as hell i couldnt believe it the whole first week. I didnt like it my arms and legs felt sore and heavy. Then i started healing up and im not getting sore anymore. Now i feel like a monster lol. My body feels so much stronger all together. My arms have gotten bigger i think but i havent gained any weight at all. My speed feels the same. I feel the same all over but i just feel so strong.

I know its only been 2 and half weeks but im really liking the results ive been getting. Its brutal training but its worth it im going to hurt someone next time i fight!lol.

Ive always been against lifting weights but man if you do it right it can do wonders.
the reason your sore is because your body wast used to lifting weights, if your keep lifting weights and dont become sore no more then you need to lift heavier or more reps,

you should be feeling just a little sore after each workout the next day but not as sore as when you first started, your body adjusts and you gotta make it harder each time.
