    Dumbells and free weights , until you can use your own bodyweight .

      That picture is not me. But mate get off your high horse. And with all due respect, I did say I can't be bothered with exercise and diet bollocks, I want quick fixes to make me fit and a good boxer.

              My mate did it this way, drank this shake which had protein and stuff in it etc, i.e. a drink that acted like a meal. Drank it 3 times a day. He lost like 4 stone, try that. An other thing, my other mate lost lots of weight from having diahorea, like 3 or 4 stone. You won't get boxing fit without doing the training I'm afraid...

                You could try caffeine as well for a slimming supplement ,or if epherdine is legal where you live try that.
