Training while sick???

    Now this is weird. I do the same as you. And i have a chronic sore throat today. Questioniing whether i should go to the gym. Ill probably go tomorrrow.

      wouldn't recommend it. What if you have a viral infection? That can be deadly

        Na I didnt go through it... Last night my fever went up to 101.1 I was barley able to walk.... Shivering like a motha****er...

          last week i had a cold and a sore throat, i still went to boxing and tried as hard as i could, even if it wasnt as much as i was able when i am fit

            Yup. ****ing around with your lifestyle will do it. I'm super straight at the moment because if I go off even slightly I'll crash big time.
