  • Boxing boots - low cut vs. mid cut vs. full length

Says it all in the title, i need to buy some footwear for training because the new running trainers I bought are too thick on the bottom, fine for running but I lose my balance at training and I find it incredibly hard to throw things like a left hook which requires a pivot on my left foot. So which style of boot is better? I assume the full length are as they offer the greatest amount of support?

I am old school and think high-cuts rock, but I have low-cut cause they are more widely available and are probably more comfortable. If you are looking to pivot on them, make sure you check out the grip on the bottom and make sure the pattern allows for this.
