New Gym

During the summer I went and did a few sessions in Hove ABC with former WBO intercontinental champion Scott Welch but being that im from London I knew that wasnt going to keep on so I have finally found a new gym about 20/30 minutes away, Angel ABC.
Im going to check it out tonight, super excited, i just hope it is a decent gym as I have finally decided to get serious with training

Yeah best of luck with the gym man. I hope it works out for though.

Although I've always believed that to be considered an official amateur boxer, you should have your first fight.

my medical is today but im extremely short sighted and i dont think there is a way around that but i have been doing road work for a while now, my pal is a footballer so i was helping him with his pre season training, so everything should be cool. i will let everyone know how it goes.

don't think sight affects anything inless you're like blind, I asked my doc and he said inless you got major probs its almost impossible to fail the medical.

i got thru it ok then spent an hour on stance and moving forwards and backwards, then half an hour of skipping lol
i have just taken the first step in what seems will be a long ass journey
