Well im having trouble keeping my diet in order- I think it's all the stress in my life between work and school. I have trouble saying no to those bad late night snacks. I'm looking for a good diet plan for a good physique that i can follow in a permanent and structured matter. Currently im 5'9 and weigh in at 185. Im particularly interested in getting rid of belly fat. Has anyone tried Vince Delmonte's system? I've literally watched all 25 or so of this guys youtube videos and i must say im pretty inspired. So would purchasing an e-book system from a professional be worth it?
