If you have time try a little harder. Looks pretty decent so far though.

If you're actually wanting to fight you will need to up it quite a lot. I don't know how much time you have or what you're doing outside of your training and how exhausting it is or how much time that takes up, but, to fight proficiently you will need to start doing more.

Keep it similar to what you know, but double the warm up routine. You should try to run every day apart from Sun if you want. Double the skipping as a cardio/coordination/warm up exercise. Skipping is brilliant. Do lots of it.

Also, I would suggest tripling your shadow boxing. If you're looking at fighting in the future, go nuts now on getting your basics down perfectly. Examine all your punches, footwork, defense and combinations and work them to perfection until it is second nature. Constantly re-evaluate.

Do you have the double end bag? You should try to also do some double end bag work if you have one. Keep up the heavy bag work you're doing, though you should try and work it more than two or three times a week. Work on the perfection of your heavy bag combo's again. Think of form more than power at this stage.

Go for perfection of form first and basic stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility and speed before getting really stuck into working on sparring etc. You should still spar but work on form and building up your body basics and then if you decide you might want to fight in the future, then you should start the serious boxing training and sparring etc.
