    Where do you run?

    How long for?

    What time in the day?

    Do you use the same route?

    I usually do every night at 11pm, however i'm trying to change my sleep pattern atm so i can go out in the mornings before work. I do the same route every time for 3weeks and try to better my time each time.

    I run in the morning at 5 on day offs. Then between the hours of 4 and 6 during my work days. I typically run the same route its about 6 miles and alone side a river. It takes me under a hour to finish the run.

      I run on the treadmill more often than on roads. I usually run 3-6 miles at a constant 8 min/mile pace and sometimes sprint towards the end...

        I run cross country at school and we do anywhere from 3 to 7 miles a day, 7 am and the route is different, sometimes we go to a park sometimes neighborhoods etc

          I run 5.5 miles at around 35-40 mins. I do this about 3 times a week then 2 mile quick pace runs at boxing.

            Where do you run?
            I run at a high school track on the grass on the inside of the track! I got some knee problems so grass is softer! I run my long distance on grass if possible too!

            How long for?

            I do my long distance 3 times a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
            I do my interval training 2 times a week. (Sprints)
            Work out looks like this my fights are 5 min rounds so I do 1 5 min sprint as hard as I can I usually make 3 and a half laps around the track. 1 min break and then 2nd round 5 min sprint push your self as hard as possible! 1 min break then 3rd round 5 min sprint! and that is 3 rounds in a ufc fight with 5 min rounds. So if your a boxer and want to train for your boxing fight you would do 3 min sprints and 1 min break and how ever many rounds your going to be fighting 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.

            What time in the day?
            When ever I can get the run in and have at least 2 hours of rest before I got to be back to the gym!

            Do you use the same route?
            Yes till my body platues and then I change!

            This is what I do to prepare for my fight's and hope it help to make your training a little tougher! Better to Die than not to Train!

                Roadwork is best done on a road. I rubn on grass too in footy boots every now and then to increase stamina for football matches.
