Lots of time on a heavy bag with head movement and foot work really can help your stamina as well.

Besides what's already been mentioned, intervals (ex. 30/30 for full rounds, or 20/10) of burpees and all out punching drills should do the trick.

I found that shadow boing really helped my stamina, but apart from that alot of running and skipping really helps to.

if your talkin about sparrin, then control your breathin habits. breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. also stay calm when your breathin... my first sparrin sessions i was too anxious and kept on breathin short and shallow breaths, which got me a lot more tired.
