What can I do to improve reflexes and defence??

Hi I was just wondering what sort of things I could do to improve my reflexes and defence.

the best thing is light sparring, over and over and over...
shadow boxing while imagining punches is good for the muscle memory

Shadow boxing is essential when learning new stuff. Do it in a mirro at home too!
Sparring and pad work with a good coach who throws shots at you is what I would recommend for thee.

Whatever you decide to do; do it perfectly over and over and over and over; nail it into your central nervous system until its like you were born that way. Speed will develop over time, just keep at it.
