    Training techniques you've made up

Has anyone added here own lil excercise into there routine?

Few months ago i decided to find the biggest hill around my area and try to ride a bike up it, when it gets too easy you move up a gear. It doesn't sound hard but i've found it very hard in the higher gears. I now do this every morning, it only takes 10mins and when you max out the gears there's always things you ca do to make it harder. Go up twice, sprint up and then cycle up, do bw squats before, put weight into a rucksack etc.

Anyone got any of there own?

Umm, the only thing i do that is generally different is sometimes use two slip bags at once one vertical from me one diagnol. Doesn't usually end up well but its good training and as long as you'r dodging both of them and they aren't hitting each other your good.
