    For once I agree, as that is usually the main cause. Many people who hurt their wrists were probably throwing sloppy punches like yourself in your home videos.


    But you can still stabilise and strengthen your wrists and forearms by doing knuckle push ups. Then you won't get pains on the occasional or rare (depending on experience) mistimes shots in sparring. I have big man hands, forearms and wrists and if I do hit incorrectly, my wrist doesn't hurt because I is well 'ard.
