Kidneys problems...

Last night in sparring i got hit in the kidneys with a hook. theyve been ****in killing me whenever i lift something heavy or even sit down.
what can i do to heal them?

my advice would be to talk to your trainer or a doctor.

I agree. It's better to be safe than sorry. A good shot to your kidneys can keep you out of action for a while if you don't take simple precautions to heal, which your doctor would know.
