Hey guys. I've been training boxing for about half a year now, i do have a problem though. My technique and power is decent, but when i have to spare against someone i tend to drop my hands drop and turn my face away. I know this is probably just a beginners problem in boxing, but it havent seemed to get any better. I asked my trainer and he said i just had to keep sparring, and someway i'll overcome the problem..
Did any of you people here had the same problem when you started boxing? If so, some help would be nice..
