    i was wondering what is the best way to train the neck?
    what is the best reps to use for the neck?
    what weight?
    and what exercises?

    i currently have a neck harness and would do 3X15

    but i want to change it up a bit and know what weight to use and reps

    A neck harness is good. Also try the "Bridge."

      I don't think this bull**** helps with making a chin solid. I work on head movement instead. Just my opinion but I do confess I am very anti weights. The reason why i say it is because this kid in gym did too much of this and he stopped moving his head; his neck stiffened up! he got ****** out quicker than when he was more fluid before, bobbing and weaving. Too much weights is bad for you.
