      Im the same height but 163 at the moment with I am guessing around 12% bf. I got down to 160 for the fist time in many years just to see how easy it would be, it was easy.

      Damaged my knee so now doing less boxing training and more weights trying to clean bulk a little I felt a bit skinny at 160 though I still had some fat I could lose (pics posted on profile album). I wanna gain about 5 pounds of muscle and be stronger at middleweight (pro middle @ 160). last fight 7yrs ago was at 167 (amateur)

      The difficulty trying to focus on hypertrophy is that is hard to balance with the boxing training because you need to be in calorie surplus and have enough rest. Will be interesting to hear what program you come up with.

        im at 175 at the moment...i just finished gaining a bunch a weight. I couldnt make 152 anymore so i moved up to a different weight class for a wrestling tournament and realized the big strength difference, so the past 4 months i put on a bunch of weight to be strong at 160-165 depending on what im doing (Kickboxing,boxing or Jiu Jitsu)

              I'm 5 foot 9, about 155 pounds right now. Dropping weight steadily, but don't really need to drop it that drastically.
