hey man just some advice
1.dont stop training, just do light stuff in the gym if your injured, but dont stop completely
2. work on stamina, as im guessing you probably gassed out real quick in your fight and got overwhelmed
also, how did the stoppage go? like did you get dropped and ****** up, or did you get gassed and overwhelmed like i suggested? if u dont wanna talk about it, dont worry ill understand
