Little tip when you hit that tyre, Swing it around your shoulder and back over your head, Instead of directly up and down, That helps with hooks which you've been working on.

it strains so much harder on my mid section and rips it up when i go up and down.. really works my shoulders alot...
I do the hooks ones too. just didn't record.. Thanx though any oithe rtire ideas you know of?
we got a tire around that size at my gym but its not as wide as that one, just a bit thinner, but same size in diameter. i never really see anybody hit a tire like that but i normally bend my knees and use that momentum to bring the hammer down, along with rotation. i've tried flipping the tire but failed lol, i need to build my leg muslces. sometimes i push or pull a tire, helps build your calves, i've seen ppl put anchors on tires that way can can put a rope on it to pull or run with around the waist.
the last exercise you were doing was pretty clever, i never would have thought of doing that.
edit: if you have a heavy bag, (one u don't use of course), i would use it to do over the shoulder lifts or fireman carry lifts. i've been doing this lately, and it gives a pretty good workout.
