    wassup yall new member.... had a question


    im currently deployed over seas now so my training is so inconsistent now.. like i cant make it to the gym every day..

    is goin 2 to 3 times a week even helping any...or should i just wait till i get back home to get on the ball?

    and its so hot over here by the time i get to train im so beat.. **** i can never really get more than 4 rounds on the bag in befor im exausted...when i could do like 6-7 back home in the states?


    any feedback would help thanks!

    I would suggest training 3 days a week, it may be hot but you will get used to it soon enough. And training a little is better than not training at all anyway.

      I agree with equilibrium. Although you may not train a lot staying consistent with your two or three days should do the job, for now at least. Good luck

        Do what you can, even if it is just going over the basics. Working in the heat might be good for you as long as you drink lots of water. Just make sure you're not over doing it if you have a demanding job as well.
