I was wondering how much more difficult hanging situps are compared to regular situps? I am almost finished building a hanging situp table (my ass and lower body will be on the table, while my upper body will be hanging off the table), and I'm going to start using it instead of regular situps because I don't feel anything with regular situps anymore.
