Back of my mouth on like the side is swollen. only that part

I have a headache

And my legs are sore but i didnt do any leg workouts this week

I dont think its strep or sore throat but im worried its mono and if it is im ****ed.

did anyone ever have this

If you live in canada the maple leaf food brand has listeria bacteria outbreak in a lot of their products. They have recalled most of their food and some people are really sick.
