since i sprained my ankle while trying to tip toe my 360 lb ass across a fragile gutter ive started hobble running
basically you just go on your normal run, but hobble ******edly instead of running...
it takes a much longer, you look like a complete ******, and you are liable to fall over, but its all about determination and getting up everytime you fall
today i hobble ran for most of 6 miles, it took me 5 1/2 hours and i fell over about 30 times (skinned elbows and knees stinging like a ***** now) and i accidently put weight on my ankle and sprained it worse so now im on crutches for an extra 3 days (so thats 9 all up dammit) but it has toughened me up mentally... and when i say i hobble ran most of 6 miles im telling the truth, last 1/2 a mile i literally dragged myself, crying and screaming due to the pain in my ankle and from my cuts back home..
thats the kind of determination it takes to be a top fighter homies
