what's going on fellas. Well the purpose of this topic is for me to learn and grow as well as help others in their stamina training. I personally run 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles at night. I like to sprint 2 blocks, run 1 block, and jog the next. Rinse and repeat until 2 mile mark. Anyway, that's what I do as road work. It has helped me build a lot of stamina so far but I would like to learn more on this subject and as such I want to know what do you guys do to build stamina. I mean monstrous stamina. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. I hope others learn through other's more advanced experience regarding this matter. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
