only get them after taking some goods hits in sparring, but very rarely because of training, but yeah drink a lot of water and probably some sleep right after.

I used to, when I was about 18 I used to train and hardly eat anything and used to get intense headaches whilst doing pressups. It used to **** me up so I stopped doing it.

It's likely to either be diet or hydration.

I eat perfectly and drank LOADS of water, I drank a litre whilst training and a litre like half an hour after, Maybe that's too much?

I might ask my doctor about it if it happens again, Not worth the risk.

I also get the occasional headache, but it's always after I've taken a beating..
Also, if you're concerned about dehydration, you might want to drink water several hours before training (if you're not already doing that). It's hard to drink too much water..

Drink lots of beer, it always helps if you get a beating.

hey be careful. get some water into you and get some into you before workout too. I have had some serious issues in regards to dehydration before and it's scary! I remember recently after a workout I started seeing white spots in my eyes, i got a sharp pain from shoulder blade to shoulder blade along my back, my heart started beating really really fast, i was struggling to breath and i got pins and needles in the fingers! My vision didn't return to normal until about 30mins. after i stopped- if i had thrown my head up and down quickly i would have feinted for sure. Sure enough i had a bottle of water in front of me before my workout but got preoccupied and forgot to take some. The same thing happened to me about 2 years ago to. Don't **** around with hydration- get some fluid into you. Headaches can be an indication you didn't hydrate

What does having your hands up have to do with headaches?
