    Buy a chopper bicycle, I do 45 min uphills on my malvern star steelie, gets the dudes o the road bikes laughing (I know I kick there ass) but builds the leg muscles

        What's up man. One exercise that I've just started doing and saw results pretty quickly were jumping lunge splits. After you shadowbox or whatever you may for the 3 minutes of a round do these jumping lunge splits during your minute rest period until the next round and continue whatever else it is you were doing.

        Ex:
        3 minute round - shadowbox/heavy bag etc.
        1 minute rest period - jumping lunge spits


        Rinse and repeat as desired.

        This particular exercise really strengthened and toned my legs and at the same time built my dash/ charge due to the fact it is a plyometric (explosive) exercise. Here is a perfect video I came across online. It looks funny but believe me it got the job done. Hope this helps Good luck!
