Dude you'r not fast at all man im sorry. I have seen you're videos. Its not genetics you're average, handspeed can become faster but to do so you must work for years. and not major weights. Shadowboxing with dumbells are fine, but just dont hurt you're self lol. And shadowboxing will most likely make you a bit stronger if done daily i dont know about speed though.

Yeah? So everything you post isn't crap and is right. If handspeed can't be increased why can it decrease? Seriously handspeed can increase and decrease. It might not be as fast as Jones Jr but it can increase.

              Here is hinduw boxing:

Look at those comments, they are tearing you apart.

LOL, "my hands are low because im a brawler,
its natural" That doesn't mean it's right. Hahahahaha.. you're absolutely TERRIBLE. I don't even know why you were posting on hand speed, you obviously can't even hit a ****ing heavy bag let a lone argue with someone about how you have "pretty fast hands" when all I see is some ****** with a dirty sanchez mustache pitty patting the bag with his hands down.

              Grow up, hinduw.

It is obvious your trainers don't give a **** about you if you haven't seen improvement in your handspeed.

                End of story.

My handspeed is phenomenal anyways but I'm a featherweight so its expected. Enlighten me on how you can suddenly have better hand speed. Proof would be good it always helps.

Definately give handweights or any other type of endurance work that is directly associated with boxing technique a go. I have improved the most from this out of everything else I have done, and I believe it is to do with training my muscle memory to react in a certain way through constant repetition of the same movement. My movements have become more relaxed and natural, therefore faster. Not saying I'm fast, just saying I've improved.

But the big thing to remember is to put the time into it. Shadow boxing for a few rounds with weights every now and then might not do it. I use 1-1.5Kg or the speedball and do an insane amount of reps a couple of times a week.

I suggest trying it on one movement, like a jab and see if you get results after a few weeks. You'll know if you've improved because you can compare that to the rest of your punches.
