      I was just saying my opinion, im pretty fast and i never used dumbells while shadow boxing and i never train on the speed bag, all i do is just shadow box alot so i gues it has to be genetics

        Using dumbells while shadow boxing isn't the only way to improve hand speed.. you realize this, right? Almost everybody on the board seems to be "pretty quick". Have fun remaining "pretty quick" the rest of your boxing career while others improve and you're left with "pretty average".

                As a matter of fact, I did state that handspeed has something to do with genetics. I also stated that improving your handspeed through drills, etc. will help.. well, improve your ****ing handspeed.

                  Yes it can be improved but only to a certain point, but doesn't mather kryo i know you are slow, but if you want to believe that with hard work you will be fast one day thats cool. I don't want to take you out of your fantasy world

                    Personally i have seen some benefits from shadowboxing with dumbells, i wouldnt suggest using too much weight, something small like 1-3 pounds.

                    By the way, getting boxing advices from hinduw is like getting sex tips by the pope.
