I want to do a boxing circuit! Nothing but extreme exercises for an hour. If you can list a circuit for me to try. Thanks in advance

Burpees for 30 seconds
Pullups for 30 seconds (if u cant pull up anymore, hang there)
Burpees for 30 seconds
Pushups for 30 seconds(if u cant push up anymore, stay in mid position)
Burpees for 30 seconds
Chinups for 30 seconds
rest 1 minute and go again. if ur feeling frisky, add another minute circuit and make it a 4 minute round with a minute break. good luck dawg.
