  • How do you know if something is sprained?

    Just came home from my Kenpo club and my bigtoe hurts like a *****, I did some wrong kicks and my toes took some blows, Didn't hurt as much at the club but now its getting all sore and some blue veins are showing up, Did i sprain it? How do i check?



    Oh and also, a muscle on my right arm snapped when i did some pad-training with a blackbelt friend of mine, how long will it take untill it heals?

    Assuming it isn't broken, and if it is you'll probably know, put ice on both for as long and often as you can. Take asprin and do your best to strap them up. I **** myself up all the time (doing anything and everything other than boxing) and it can take me up to a month to be 100% again. I keep training but I don't allow pressure on the parts that hurt. I do what I can.
