people spend too much money on supplements when they can stock up on food which is way better.

Calisthenics aren't bad either.
Really depends what type of body you're looking to get.
If you want something like that, you're probably looking more into a weight-lifting/bodybuilding regime.
If you want a boxer's build, obviously more boxing-related exercises.
In the end though, this sport isn't about aesthetics. It's about hitting and not getting hit in the process.
