    you dont need supplements just good old fashioned food if you wanna be strong and built while training....Food is fuel you are what you eat.

    Amen brother. You don't need supplements to achieve what you want. Eat more fruits, veggies, and natural foods and you'll be good to go. You'll feel better throughout the day too.

      yup and you see that guy is 39! and he is built and lean with strong muscles because he eats clean and he eats unprocessed foods.
      People need to learn how to cook, I enjoy cooking especially grilling steaks the smell alone gets your mouth watered.

          He eats expensive. I got those same single frozen talopia. I stock up on fruits but damn fruit prices have gone up.

            you just gotta know how to shop get some bargains and coupons and you can be good to go.

            people spend too much money on supplements when they can stock up on food which is way better.

            how you like the Talapia fish? are they good or what?

            how you cook them I really hate Talapia cause it has a medicine taste to it.

              Man i love the talapia. i bought them from sams but im sure they have them at walmarts. Well u can cook em in a oven and a microwave. I microwave em. But dont over cook em cuz they actually blew up my microwave cuz i thought i pushed a min and i pushed 10 mins and i went to jump in shower real quick after a workout and came back and my microwave had a hole when i opened the door. kinda funny

                  Genetics would have to help as well! and alot of weight training.

                    Calisthenics aren't bad either.

                    Really depends what type of body you're looking to get.

                    If you want something like that, you're probably looking more into a weight-lifting/bodybuilding regime.

                    If you want a boxer's build, obviously more boxing-related exercises.

                    In the end though, this sport isn't about aesthetics. It's about hitting and not getting hit in the process.
