get some of that like caffeine pre workout stuff. I used to take them way abck they give so much energy you will definetly be pumped to work out

In the short term there are any number of gadgets and gimmicks to get you going. Sadly the effects of it are short lasting. In the long term it is what is in your heart that governs how you will train and how you will perform when it counts. If you want something bad enough you will do anything to get it.

i havent been to my boxing gym in about 2 weeks now cause i have been very sick i cant wait to go back im thinking of how much fun and enjoyment im going to get out of my first sparring session, how much fun it is to hit some other guy in the gym im thinking about it all the time how can you lose motivation there is no secret to motivation you need to be motivated just like in life you cant live with no motivation. life is an opputunity just get off your ass and do it
