Or at least if you're gonna give advice like Norman, heed your own advice. Makes you look really ****** if you post that kind of advice and weigh over 250 pounds.

ok i have heard people trashing storminNormin for his sparring vids and his size. Can someone post up a link so i can see 4 myself cuz i cant find his vid.

nevermind i saw it when he first posted it. i just didn't know that was his sorry ass. why does he give so many nutritional advice when his ass is fat and out of shape . And he said he has ran top amateurs out of a local gym where he lives. That is BS He cant even go 4 mins on the heavy bag so how is he gonna beat top amateurs.
