Check out boxinggyms.com to find a local boxing gym near you. In the meantime, start doing pushups, pullups, bodyweight squads, burpees, and jump rope to get into fair shape. Start doing running and swimming if you can to build up stamina. Do a lot of abdominal work. Good luck and get your ass to the gym to see what your trainer suggests.

Just look up burpees online - they're kind of hard to describe on a forum.

Ab work I suggest - 6 inches (lay flat on the floor, legs together. Lift both legs up 6 inches off the ground. hold it until you feel it in your abs)
        Regular situps
        Crunches
Leg raises (lay flat on the floor, legs together. Lift both legs up 45 degrees or 90 degrees off the ground, then put them down slowly on the floor. Repeat.)
Bicycle (lay on your back. Lift knees to your chest. Keep twisting your knees and elbows so that your left knee touches your right elbow, right knee left elbow.)
        Decline situps
Situps where you twist to the side on each time you go up.

Search boxingscene for "extreme ab workout". Laurinsane posted a link not too long ago with a few ab exercises you could try. Good luck and most importantly, just go to a gym. You'll catch up soon enough.

I'm not really experienced in terms of boxing because I myself have only been doing boxing for 2 months. The conditioning I've been doing for much longer, so I know a bit more information on that. Out of those three, I would defintely go to the slava boxing gym. Fairly cheap, gym looks nice, and open at convenient times, and for most days of the week. I would recommend checking out all three of them, and then deciding which one works best for you in terms of location, price, trainer demands, etc.

I can't really say without knowing your physical conditioning, but, if you're just beginning, I would do about 100 to 150 pushups in sets a day, about 500 ab exercises (situps, crunches, leg raises), about 50 pullups, 100 squats, 100 burpess, all in sets if need be. Increase the number of repetitions in each set every week, and you'll begin to see big improvements.

Good luck man. Be sure not to overdo it when you're first starting off. Start slow, but be sure to build up gradually.
