    i have injured my hand and im adviced to not hit the bag for 6 weeks
    since the boxing season is over in wales what shall i do to maintain my fitness throughout the time
    i can do weights and stuff with my hand . . . any advice

    Just try and keep your cardio up. When I injured my hand I basically kept with my normal routine for the most part except I did not hit hard with my sore hand. I kept the glove off on that hand to remind myself that it was injured.

    I injured my right hand on a hook to some girl's head, so the injury time really helped me improve on my jab and left hook since that's all I could use.

    I'd say stick with doing what weights you can as long as you aren't aggrivating the injury and try to keep some element of cardio in there as well. Don't know if you are able to jump rope of not.

      What laurin said. In the mean time train your other hand, your legs and lots of intense cardio.
