ditto here, i was getting ready to prepare for typing a monster rant --

hbj: i don't know how much research you've done on the different books he has but i just wanted to mention infinite intensity is more geared toward weights/dumbbell type exercises (not all, though) and never gymless is more bodyweight exercises so it's pretty much matter of opinion -- i own ng and love it and i also have one of his books he doesn't sell anymore but they are great resources and extremely transformed my conditioning; i don't really know much of what is included in the full throttle conditioning except that i know its a dvd/smaller book combo

sorry if that sounds like a marketing pitch...

Yeah I have his eBook on warrior fitness, it has a lot of body weight exercises to keep me entertained. But I too want to get infinite intensity it looks brilliant.

yeah ive done abit of research i wasnt sure about the infinite intensity because of the whole weight thing i was afraid it would take away speed because thats what alot of people have told me but after abit of research i found out alot about it. i might get the package of the 3 books cause i am intrested in the never gymless aswell. cheers

i have the 3 books , II, NG, and FTC. In my opinion II is the best all around book and the first one you should get. Ross addresses his view on weight training in the book and backs it up with research.
