Honestly, if your goal is to just cut fat and not fight (is this your goal?) then just have 3 healthy meals a day, have about 2500 calories (ideal male intake) and do your boxing. That will result in weight loss. If you go about having like 1500 cals and then do boxing you'll make yourself sick because instead of using 2500 cals (usual male usage) you'll use like 3000, if not more, because of the boxing but you'll be running on 1500...That means you're running on half what your body needs which will, no doubt, mean rapid weight loss but it might be too quick to be healthy. To be honest, I don't know how many calories you use up boxing but I would imagine it would be more than 500 so if it was, say, nearer 1000 cals used up for boxing, you're looking at a serious deficit.

there is only one gym here...and its youth oriented...there are around five boxers(not including trainers) over eighteen here.

Boxing is big from a fan standpoint but not from actually getting off your ass and doing it stand point...

Yuma tends to go off of california trends...hince
MMA and UFC are big here...i think like three gyms just opened for those purposes

Okay so now iam officially confused. One say a thing, another says its wrong.. T.T My goal is to loose fat and get fit to compete in the sport (Fight later on) Kenpo, Its a kind of kickboxing where you need to have lithe legs, decent stamina and not necessarily alot of muscle.. So i'd say right now i need to loose fat.

An hour and a half to be safe, but I have eaten a snack (yogurt, fruit) only an hour before a workout and was fine.

Very true. The anti carb brigade have got it wrong. You need to eat the right carbs at right time. Complex carbs late at night are a no no but you need veg and salad after gym wiht some quality protein such as kidneys, fish, eggs, etc. You need to eat more greens in general if you ever feel weak in gym. Graze on fruit throughout morning and add lots of veg to lunch, tea and dinner. B-Hopkins and the Gracie's follow a very similar diet. The differences are that the gracie's have more fruit, and B-Hop cuts out red meat which is a rich source of iron! Here are more details of the most natural foods for the human engine:
