    It's good that you started boxing but going from not training at all to traning 3 hours a day 5 days a week is a bit too much to start, and it's obvious that you will be sore, you could hurt yourself more seriously also.

    You need to learn to know your body and when to give it some rest. If you are too sore or tired, do some light training or even skip a day. You will get stronger and more endurant with time and you will eventually be able to do 5-6 days a week without killing yourself.

      i have been training pushups situps running crunches...for about two months now...i think the pain is just my body getting used to punching....and proper technique...cuz im not that out of shape...

        You need to keep doing more until you get use to it. People who stop at soreness will not progress. If you cut back you are back to square 1 and the soreness will return!
