Iso-tension (or isometrics) are good for strength in a very specific range of motion but arent the greatest for weight loss. It can build definition but thats useless if you cant see it with fat covering it up.
When you run, run about 70-80% as fast as you can. Not quite a sprint but faster than a jog. Do a few whole body circuits throughout the week since circuits burn a substantial # of calories from fat. Weight training can also up your metabolism for 2 days afterwards!

ey guay que paso? oye if u eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 2-3 big meals a day you will loose a lil weight. porque having food in your system will speed up your metabolism. pero make sure that you eat about the same amout of food in a day as you usually would but eat 5-6 meals instead. Y comes un chile cuando pones porque hot food will speed up the metabolism tambien.
