nooo, http://www.usaboxing.org/90.htm then find your state, then find the local governing body where you live, then go to their site, then apply for a passbook through them. They should send you a pink (or blue) and white sheet for you to fill out and send to USA boxing, and they will send you a passbook with all your info.
