I have a lot more than five days. I have like 3 weeks, and actually already stopped smoking, but for reference I was just wondering how fast I could have it outta my system based on the info provided.
Is there a section specifically for challenging other members? I will whup sukhenkoys' ass if given the opportunity. He don't talk to me like that.

whatever you do dont spend 50 bucks on some ****** drink at a head shop, and dont take niacin pills they are very bad for your kidneys.
if you have three weeks and stay clean and follow simple dilution techniques you will pass easily.
the best thing to do is to wake up a couple hours early and start drinking water and cranberry juice like crazy. you want your drug test leak to be your 3rd or 4th of the day. after you take two pisses you should crush up a bunch of vitamin b-12. this will give your diluted urine a yellow coloring so it does not look su****ious.

Ah, with 3 weeks (+ the time you've already not smoked up to date) with regular will be more than enough to get it out of your urine. To be honest, it'll probably be gone in that time period without exercise but if you enjoy exercise do it to keep fit obviously and, in regards to the drug test, it's better safe than sorry so run those miles! haha

I know its not good to judge people based on stuff like weed and alcohol, but I do. That's how I am. Maybe next time I just won't post my opinion on this **** on this forum, as a lot of you seem to take it very personally.

Think this has got a little silly now. Sukhenkoy, you were way out of line by attacking him like you did over something which when people understand is no more dangerous than alot of things we do. The odd spliff is far less dangerous than regular smoking, regular drinking and I don't doubt most people's diets. He might just look at it like he goes through so much pain and exhaustian doing his exercise he is entitled to alittle fun right? The legal matters about are a whole different conversation but to do with health you know some people get smashed off their faces on booze on a friday and saturday night. Some people order in a takeaway dinner, some might order in a pizza and watch a film, smoke might smoke a joint. All are probably just as damaging as each other. So you know, if you want to argue with him about weed and the law, go ahead, I doubt he'll care but if you want to argue with him about why bother doing exercise and then smoke then you've got to headhunt everyone else who does equally as damaging things and if you do that, you'll have no friends haha. You wont catch me eating rice and beans for dinner every night simply because red meat has more fat in it, I do a sport because I like doing it and yes I want to be fit and good at it eventually, but you wont find me curled up in my bed crying because i've eaten a pie.
You can share your opinion but it's the way you share it. Imagine if you're on the street and some guy comes up to you and starts shouting and swearing in your face. How are you going to react? You'll either shout back or hit him. Then imagine he goes "why are you so angry, i'm just sharing my opinion" you'd be confused as hell.
Stuff like "You're a ****ing idiot, why the **** do you do that, ****ing ******?" and "I don't personally see the point in it."...See what I mean? Both sentences show that you don't agree with what they're doing. The first is provoking somebody, you did provoke him.
Marshall and Baya, man there's no need to threaten people. I know you say fight/spar and that's what we do but if you say it in a way like you're saying then man you're picking an actual fight. We're here to discuss boxing and give each other tips. I mean imagine if on a football (soccer) forum they end up threatening to start kicking each other and all that haha.

To go back to the original post, I personally don't think that more exercise = more weed out of your system. I would recommend simply staying away from it altogether. If you did smoke it and want it out of there, maybe try getting someone else to piss in the cup for you (if that's the test you're doing). A guy I knew did that, and he got it away with it. Other than that I got nothing.
