Be careful not to do super strenuous exercises in this heat. Jogging might be ok, but even that I would advise to do either later at night or early in the morning, where it isn't as hot. Is it very humid in Arizona?

my old trainer here in az used to go for runs in the hills with a sweater on, pulled up over his face in 100 degree weather mid-day..

when i asked, arent you hot? he replies, its hot in a fight

It reaches that temperature around here too but the worst part is is my gym is like a ****ing hot box. I swear to god it could be 80 degrees and still feel like 95. I just bring like a gallon of water with me and drink that throughout training.

yeah its gets to like 110 in the gym during the summer, but its also easier to train in the summer then the winter. In the colder months im usaully congested or have a cold or something like that, so breathing and stuff like that is a *****. But get used to the heat my man, thats boxing
