Cubans training videos

Two short videos I took yesterday at training of the Cuban and Ecuadorian national teams altitude training at my gym in Quito, Ecuador (2800 meters/9000 feet). The Cubans are wearing red/white/blue





Note the 3 tyre punching bags, one with four árms´ which are plastic tubes with gloves connected. These are cool to hit providing the right enough off snap and feed back to hit fast.

Sorry that they are so short and no sound, I can download a few more if anyone is interested. cheers

that looks like fun, its a big group too just light sparring. i want one of those "bags" with the three tires and "arms" extending out of them lol
